Silversun Pickups @ KIA Soul event

The closing number "Lazy Eye" last night was almost no surprise as they came to the end of a 90-minute set! Crazy guitar distortion ripped through the Siren Studio as one by one they walked off the stage. I could not have asked for better view of the show. KIA hooked it up with VIP passes which allowed us into a upper lever loft are that was dimly lit and held the only alcohol in the place. Hooray for open bar! No sooner had we grabbed a drink did the Silversun Pickups start! Down the stairs we went to the VIP side stage area! Oh yea, what a view!

Silversun Pickups tonight!

Just a quick update...we are gonna see Silversun Pickups tonight @ Siren Orange Studio in Hollywood! We are on the guest list since my company is sponsoring the event. SWEET! I'll try to take some photos and update this entry. Peace and Love!

Upcoming Concerts!!

It's been a great year for music and shows! I have to give some love to The Airborne Toxic Event! I won these tickets courtesy of The Scenestar. Airborne put on an amazing show. I would definitely pay to see them next time they are in town! Karen O. of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs never disappoints . Always so full of energy even in her more dramatic tune Maps. I can not tell a lie, out of all these shows I have most been looking forward to tomorrow nights show. Any of you who know me out there know how much love I have for my beloved Snow Patrol. With a couple of extra tickets in hand, I will be attending the show with my 3 younger sisters. I can not express the excitement! :) I'm hoping for good things from Maja & The Sounds later this week. They usually put on an amazing show, but I found the show that they did while touring with No Doubt late this summer was not up to the usual 'Sounds' standards. Another show I am very excited to see next month is the very lovely and unique Imogen Heap! These tickets are a gift to my good friend who's birthday is coming up. I saw Imogen a couple years back at Coachella. Wow, talk about a one-woman-show! Her talent blows me away. The Concert Calendar is a bit full now, but who knows what other shows I'll squeeze in between now and the end of the year!
